Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

1. This (“Promotion”) is open to GB residents only aged 16 and over with a smart phone or tablet, and a UK mobile number.
2. The Promotion opens at 00:00 on 13.04.25 and closes at 23:59 on 24.05.26. Any entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
3. To enter, using a smart phone or tablet with internet access:
   1. Scan the QR code found on a either a purchase receipt from a Participating Retailer or on PayPoint Platform at a Participating Retailer store or on www.paypointcoke.co.uk;
   2. Follow the prompts to provide your valid UK mobile number (for the avoidance of doubt, no personal information such as names will be required);
   3. Entrants must then press the digital bottle that appears on the screen to spin the bottle to produce result;
   4. Winning entrants will be notified instantly of their prize on screen and contacted via SMS to confirm their win and provide their prize.
4. Maximum one entry permitted per person, per day. Maximum one prize permitted per person, per day.
5. “Participating Retailers” refers to independent retailers in GB with PayPoint platforms participating in the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, not all GB retailers with PayPoint will be participating (for example retailers with multiple outlets or stores). The Promotion will be live across Participating Retailers for the duration of the Promotional Period. Find a Participating Retailer at; www.paypointcoke.co.uk.
6. Internet access and valid UK mobile number is required for entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.

Prize Details

8. There are 30,320 prizes available in total during the Promotional Period or while stocks last, whichever is first.

Prizes:

• 30,000 x ‘£1 off’ digital PayPoint vouchers
• 200 x £10 Love2Shop e-gift voucher codes
• 100 x £20 Love2Shop e-gift voucher codes
• 20 x £50 Love2Shop e-gift voucher codes

Once a consumer activates their e-gift voucher code via the SMS link, the code shall remain valid for 365 days, calculated by excluding the day of activation and including the 365th day.

9. Love2Shop e-gift voucher codes may be in the form of several separate e-gift voucher codes to the prize value (for example, a winner may receive 2 x £10 e-gift voucher codes instead of 1 x £20 voucher).
10. At issuance, vouchers and e-gift codes are already set as ‘live’ within the retailer’s system and are available for immediate use without the need for further action on your part. You will need to ensure that adequate security is extended to vouchers and e-gift codes since they should now be treated as cash; we are unable to afford refunds, rescind or alter the value of vouchers and e-gift codes once they have been generated. Additionally, we are unable to offer replacement vouchers and e-gift codes if any are mislaid, issued in error or subject to fraudulent use. Upon provision of the vouchers and e-gift codes to your possession, we must stress the need for you to ensure appropriate security - and processes for issue (and reconciliation) – are in place.
11. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
    1. £1 Off PayPoint digital voucher: Prizes will be awarded as a PayPoint digital voucher that can be redeemed against the purchase of:
       • 330ml can of Coca-Cola Cherry Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Cherry, Coca-Cola Cherry Float, Coca-Cola Cherry Float Zero Sugar.
       • Or 500ml bottle of Coca-Cola Cherry Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Cherry, Coca-Cola Cherry Float, Coca-Cola Cherry Float Zero Sugar, Diet Coke Cherry.
       • Or a 1.75l bottle of Coca-Cola Cherry, Coca-Cola Cherry Float.
       • Or a 2L bottle of Coca-Cola Cherry Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Cherry Float Zero Sugar, Diet Coke Cherry.

       Once claimed, the vouchers must be redeemed within a 48-hour period. Each PayPoint voucher will feature a custom store finder, which participants can use to find their nearest Participating Retailer store in order to redeem the £1 off prize. To find your nearest PayPoint location, visit: https://consumer.paypoint.com. Please note not all PayPoint locations will be participating. A complete list of participating stores can be found on the voucher store finder. The £1 off digital PayPoint voucher shall be subject to its terms of use which can be found on the voucher.

    2. £10 / £20 / £50 Love2Shop e-gift voucher codes: Prizes will be awarded as a unique code and pin number that will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided on entry. Love2shop e-gift voucher codes can be redeemed using www.Love2shopdigital.co.uk. E-gift voucher codes will be subject to terms of use available on the voucher.

Winner Selection & Prize Fulfilment

12. Prize Winner: Instant prizes will be allocated via a probability engine built by PayPoint at their discretion. The probability of winning a prize will be dependent on the number of total entries versus the number of prizes available. E.g., The greater number of total entries means that the probability of an entrant winning a prize decreases. Prizes will be split across the Promotional Period or until stocks last.
13. Winners will be notified via SMS, to the mobile number provided on entry.
14. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid UK mobile number at the point of entry, as this will be used for delivery of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

18. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
20. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
21. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any other means in which to receive the prize, other than via redemption at a Participating Retailer stated in Clause 5. The prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of greater or equal value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
22. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity.
23. Limited winner (excluding any personal data) or prize information will be available by a stamped, self-addressed envelope to ‘PayPoint Spin to Win Coke Cherry Q2, Pemberton House, Bakers Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion. Due to the nature of the promotion, very limited information may be able to be disclosed (for example, total number of vouchers redeemed within the Promotional Period). If you object to your details being made available, you must inform us when you are notified of your win. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

Data Protection

26. For the purposes of this promotion the Promoter will not have access to a participant’s personal data. In the event, a participant’s personal data is shared with the Promoter the data will only be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion, unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose. By submitting any information required, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained/ you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at Privacy notice (cocacolaep.com). Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by emailing [email protected]. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
